Booking & Cancellation
- A non-refundable retainer fee is required to reserve every appointment: $50 for most services and $25 for teeth whitening and permanent jewelry. It is collected when you book online and is applied to your service total.
- Retainer fees are non-refundable. With at least 48 hours' notice, your retainer fee may be transferred to your next available appointment.
- PMU Perfecting Sessions are paid in full when you book. 1:1 Discovery Calls with LaJoy are $30, paid when you book. Consultations are complimentary.
- Starter Locs and Starter Microlocs are booked by phone. A 50% non-refundable retainer, sent by invoice, reserves your appointment and is applied to your service.
- Please book at least 48 hours in advance.
- Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice are subject to a 50% late cancellation fee, charged to the card on file.
- No-shows are charged 100% of the service. Arriving 15 minutes or more late is considered a no-show, and the appointment may be canceled.
- If LaBrows Beauty determines that a medical condition would interfere with your service, the appointment will be canceled and the 50% late cancellation fee applies. Please read Look BEFORE You Book before booking.
- Please don't book multiple appointments you don't intend to keep, so our calendar stays open for other clients.
Service Refunds
All sales are final, and there are no refunds for services rendered. Reasonable accommodations may be provided for customer satisfaction at LaBrows Beauty's discretion.
Permanent makeup results vary with skin type, lifestyle and aftercare. Perfecting sessions are booked separately. Transfer clients (permanent makeup over 6 months old or done elsewhere) are subject to consultation and may require color correction at a new-service rate.
Product Returns
You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, in their original packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email info@labrowsbeauty.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
For your safety, personal care and beauty products (including cosmetics, lip products and oils), custom or personalized items, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges & Refunds
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it and, once the return is accepted, place a new order. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank to process it.
Shipping
Every order ships for a $10 flat rate. Orders typically arrive within 7–15 days. If you haven't received your order in that time, email info@labrowsbeauty.com with your order number.
Classes & Digital Products
All classes and digital products are non-refundable, because you receive immediate access to materials, downloads or in-person training.
Beauty Bank & Birthday Club
Beauty Bank
- The Beauty Bank membership is $60 per month and renews automatically each month.
- Members earn one service credit per month, redeemable for a 20-minute teeth whitening or a henna brow service.
- Unused credits roll over to following months.
- A credit may be transferred to another person as a gift for a $10 transfer fee.
- To cancel, please give at least 48 hours' notice before your next monthly billing date. Our standard appointment cancellation policy applies to member bookings.
Birthday Club
- The Birthday Club is free to join for LaBrows clients who have received a service at our studio.
- Choose one birthday gift: a complimentary 20-minute teeth whitening session or a Luxe Lip Gloss of your choice (you pay only the $10 flat-rate shipping).
- Your gift can be used during your birthday month only and has no cash value.

What We Collect
We collect personal information you give us, such as your name, email, phone number and address, when you book, fill out a form, make a purchase or contact us. Consent forms may include health information needed to provide safe services.
How We Use It
We use your information to provide the services and products you request, manage appointments, send confirmations and reminders, and, with your permission, share news and offers. We may also invite you to surveys about our services.
Who We Share It With
We never sell, rent or lease your information. We use trusted providers to run our business: GoHighLevel (booking, forms and messaging) and Stripe (secure payments). These providers may only use your information to provide their services to us and must keep it confidential. We don't store your full card number. Payments are encrypted and processed by Stripe. We don't use or disclose sensitive information, such as race or religion, without your explicit consent.
We will disclose information only if required by law, or in good faith to comply with legal process, protect the rights or property of LaBrows Beauty Studio LLC, or protect personal safety.
Security
We protect your information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure, and our website uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections.

By booking with LaBrows Beauty Studio LLC, you agree to our media release.
